RANDY VANCOURT

Randy is an award-winning writer/composer and performer, whose original stage musicals include the hit BORN LUCKY, FOREVER FOR NOW, DEAD AIR and, with David Gale, the Dora-Award winning musical comedy CHUTZPAH à GO-GO which recently enjoyed its American premiere after running more than 4 years in Canada. As a television composer, he has written music and lyrics for such series as DUDLEY THE DRAGON, LOVING SPOONFULS, ROCKABYE BUBBLE, as well as performing theme songs for A LA POURSUITE DE CARMEN SANDIEGO, OUR MAGAZINE and YTV’s DON’T LICK THE PIG, on which he also made a noise like a pig...

 

THOM SPECK

Thom has performed with Canadian greats 5440, MATT DUSK, FRED PENNER, SPIRIT OF THE WEST and ASHLEY MacISAAC. His popular acapella group THE ESSENTIALS was recently awarded a Gold Record for their Christmas recording STOCKING STUFFER, and can be heard singing throughout Canada as well as performing anthems for the Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs.

 

 

PAUL GIBSON

Credits include SALTWATER MOON, THE MELVILLE BOYS, ROCK AND ROLL, PUMPBOYS AND DINETTES, YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, and ANNIE GET YOUR GUN. For the past 15 years Paul has been half of the children’s musical duet THE STYLAMANDERS. His 2003 Toronto Fringe hit, THAT BOY, won first prize in the Festival playwriting contest. He has written, directed, composed and performed in various corporate entertainment events, and recently completed a play chronicling the life of Gypsy jazz guitarist, Django Reinhardt.
